With the WHOIS protection feature, you’ll be able to mask your private information that can be viewed on the Internet upon a WHOIS lookup on your domain. This way, when somebody does a WHOIS lookup on your domain, they’ll see fictional details rather than your personal details. With this option activated, you won’t ever need to worry that somebody could use your address or phone number to bother you.

The WHOIS protection option is available with the majority of the domain name extensions offered on our web sute and you can find it in the Domain Manager incorporated into your Control Panel.

If you’ve only got a domain name with Dedicated Servers, but you also want to move your site(s) to our platform, you can simply switch to any of our cloud hosting packages. Simply visit the Upgrade Plan section of the Domain Control Panel and select the package that you want to switch to. We will then enable all the available web hosting features for you and you will be able to take full advantage of all the web site setup and management tools that are incorporated into the Control Panel.

With the Wildcard DNS feature, you’ll be able to make all your current sub–domains point to the home page of your site. For example, when someone types in any.domain.com or smth.domain.com, they will be forwarded to http://domain.com/.

You might need the Wildcard DNS functionality for a multi–site app like Joomla^™ Multi–Site or WordPress.

To activate a wildcard domain, visit the Domain Manager section of your Control Panel and hit the Add Host button located on the right. At the bottom of the options list, you’ll see the Wildcard Domain tick box.

The Domain Manager offers you the option to address a given target audience based on its physical whereabouts. Using our GeoIP location tool, you will be able to effortlessly forward the visitors from a particular geographical area to a certain part of your site that addresses their demands. For instance, if you desire to have a French version of your website, you can easily set up a subdomain fr.your–website.com and utilize the tool to redirect the visitors from France and from the French–speaking countries to this particular subdomain.

The GeoIP redirection tool boasts a user–friendly interface via which you will be able to set up a redirection with merely a click. There is absolutely no need to type any code in the .htaccess file.

When registering a domain name, you will be asked to supply correct and up–to–the–minute registration info, regardless of whether you’re a person or a company. This is why, you will have to update your WHOIS details whenever necessary. Having said that, not all domain extensions support this feature by default, so first check if this option is available prior to attempting a WHOIS update.

Via the Domain Manager in your Control Panel, you will be able to update the registrant, admin and technical contact information for one or multiple domain names simultaneously. All the changes that you have made will be updated live momentarily!

The Domain Manager is a valuable part of our hosting Control Panel and includes all the features that you need in order to manage your domains. It features an easy–to–work–with interface through which you can modify DNS records, modify WHOIS info, lock your domain or set up subdomains with one single click.

With the Domain Manager you can also buy more services such as Whois Privacy Protection and SSLs.

We give you full control over your domains’ DNS resource records. Via the Custom DNS section of the Domain Manager, you’ll be able to update different DNS records for a selected domain. For example, A, AAAA, MX, NS, SRV, CNAME and TXT records. To add a new DNS record, simply pick a domain and then enter the desired value in the respective record field. To update the DNS record – click ’Modify’; to recover the old value – click ’Revert’.

Via the GeoIP location tool, also available in the Custom DNS section, you will be able to present a particular language version of your site to individuals from a given geographical area.
